Welcome to Bella Infinita. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bellainfinita.com,

including its photography portfolios, stock-image galleries, design content, contact forms, and

related services.

Throughout these Terms,

“Bella Infinita,

” “we,

” “us,

” and “our” refer to Bella Infinita and its owner,

Treena Reynolds. By accessing or using this website, contacting Bella Infinita, or purchasing or

licensing an image, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Purpose

The Bella Infinita website showcases photography, design work, creative projects, stock

imagery, and related professional services.

Information displayed on the website is provided for general informational and promotional

purposes. Displaying a service or image does not guarantee its availability.

2. Photography and Creative Services

Photography, design, and other creative services may require a separate proposal, contract,

invoice, model release, property release, or licensing agreement.

The scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, cancellation policy, delivery timeline, image

usage rights, and other project-specific terms will be provided separately when applicable.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will control

for that particular project.

3. Consultations and Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a consultation does not create a photographer-client

relationship or guarantee that Bella Infinita will accept the requested project.

A project is considered booked only after the required agreement has been signed and any

applicable deposit or retainer has been received.

You agree to provide accurate contact and project information when submitting an inquiry.

4. Payments and Deposits

Prices and payment requirements will be communicated through the applicable proposal,

invoice, checkout page, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Payments must be made according to the schedule provided.
Deposits and retainers may be nonrefundable because they reserve time and availability.
Bella Infinita may withhold services, image galleries, downloads, licenses, or final deliverables until payment is received.
You are responsible for applicable taxes and clearly disclosed processing or service fees.

Payments may be processed by Wix or another third-party payment provider. Bella Infinita does

not directly store complete payment-card information processed by those providers.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and weather-related policies for photography sessions or

creative projects will be stated in the applicable service agreement or booking confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Cancellations may result in the loss of a deposit or retainer.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Additional expenses resulting from a client-requested change may be charged to the client.

Completed photography, design, licensing, and digital-delivery services are generally

nonrefundable.

If Bella Infinita must cancel a scheduled service and cannot reasonably reschedule it, payments

made for services that were not provided will be refunded or credited as appropriate.

6. Ownership of Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content displayed on this website is owned by or licensed to Bella

Infinita, including:

Photographs and stock images
Portfolio images
Videos
Graphics and designs
Written content
Logos and branding

Website layouts and creative materialsThis content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and

intellectual-property laws.

Displaying an image on the website does not place that image in the public domain or grant

permission to download, copy, screenshot, reproduce, alter, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise

use it.

7. Image Licensing

Purchasing or downloading an image does not transfer copyright ownership unless a written

agreement expressly states otherwise.

Your permitted use of an image is determined by the license provided at the time of purchase.

Depending on the license, restrictions may apply to:

Commercial use
Advertising and promotional use
Resale or redistribution
Print quantities
Digital distribution
Alteration or editing
Use in trademarks or logos
Use in products offered for sale
Sublicensing or transfer to another party

You may not claim ownership or authorship of an image created by Bella Infinita.

If no separate license is provided, purchased images are licensed for personal, noncommercial

use only.

8. Stock Images and Third-Party Galleries

Stock images may be displayed or sold through a Bella Infinita subdomain or a third-party

gallery, storefront, fulfillment provider, or payment platform.

Purchases made through another platform may also be subject to that platform’s terms, privacy

policy, refund policy, and licensing conditions.

Bella Infinita is not responsible for technical problems, outages, security practices, shipping

delays, or other matters controlled by an independent platform or fulfillment provider.

9. Portfolio and Client Images

Bella Infinita may display photography in its portfolio, galleries, social media, exhibitions,

publications, or other promotional materials when it has obtained the appropriate permission or

release.

Clients should review their photography agreement and release for the specific terms governing

the use of their images.

If you believe an image has been displayed without appropriate permission or infringes your

rights, contact Bella Infinita at treena@bellainfinita.com with enough information to identify the image and explain your concern.

10. Personal and Noncommercial Website Use

You may view the website for personal, lawful, and noncommercial purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

Download or copy portfolio or stock images
Remove watermarks or copyright notices
Use images on social media, websites, advertising, or printed materials
Train an artificial-intelligence system using Bella Infinita’s content
Scrape or systematically collect website content
Create derivative works from the content
Sell, sublicense, or redistribute website materials
Represent Bella Infinita’s work as your own

11. User Submissions

If you submit a review, message, photograph, project material, or other content to Bella Infinita,

you represent that:

The information is accurate.
You have the right to provide it.
Providing it does not violate another person’s privacy, copyright, or other legal rights.
The material is not unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or harmful.

Submitting material privately does not automatically authorize Bella Infinita to publish it.

Reviews, testimonials, personal images, and identifying information will only be used publicly

with appropriate permission.

12. Website Accounts

Certain parts of the website may allow users to create an account or log in.You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity conducted

through your account. Notify Bella Infinita if you believe your account has been accessed

without authorization.

Bella Infinita may suspend or terminate an account used unlawfully or in violation of these

Bella Infinita makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current but

does not guarantee that all descriptions, prices, availability, links, or other information will always be complete or error-free.

Any liability connected to a purchased product, license, or service will not exceed the amount

you paid directly to Bella Infinita for the product, license, or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bella Infinita

and Treena Reynolds from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your unauthorized use of an image or other content
Material you submit
Your violation of another person’s rights
Your unlawful use of the website

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to

resolve the dispute informally.

20. Changes to These Terms

Bella Infinita may update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms will be posted on this page

with a new effective date.

Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will

remain in effect.
